X Premium Business enables organizations of many types – such as businesses, non-profits, and political parties – to sign up and manage their verification and to affiliate and verify any related account. Each tier comes with specialized tools and support to help you succeed faster on X.

Any organization that is approved for a subscription to Premium Business will receive a gold checkmark and square avatar if they are a business. Learn more about profile labels on X and what they mean.
In addition, accounts organizations subscribed to the Full Access tier can choose to affiliate any individual or entity associated with them. An affiliated account receives verification (denoted by either a Premium or gold checkmark) as well as an affiliate badge, a small image of their parent company's profile picture, displayed next to their checkmark. Clicking or pressing this badge takes a user directly to the affiliated organization, making it a great driver of followers from your whole network on X.
For example, a company can affiliate their leadership, brands, support handles, employees or teams. There is no limit to the number of affiliates an organization can have, or who they can affiliate (as long as they are related). By subscribing, organizations can access our new tool to manage verification, meaning you have full control over your organization's presence on X. You’ll be able to add and remove affiliated accounts at any time. Affiliates must accept an invite in order to receive verification.
An X Premium Business Full Access monthly tier subscription is $1,000/month (plus any applicable tax and fees) and $50/month (plus any applicable tax and fees) for each additional affiliate in the U.S. Full Access annual tier subscription is $10,000/year (plus any applicable tax and fees) and $600/year (plus any applicable tax and fees) for each additional affiliate in the U.S. The Premium Business Basic tier subscription is $200/month (plus any applicable tax and fees) or $2000/year (plus any applicable tax and fees). Premium Business elevates and distinguishes organizations and their affiliates on X. Gold checkmarks, square avatars, and custom affiliation badges verify and differentiate you and your entities main account, spokespeople and subsidiary accounts. Affiliations are not included in our Basic tier. We will continue to improve our service and may change our features from time to time.
X reserves the right without notice to remove your checkmark or other badging at any time at its sole discretion, including if you violate our Purchaser Terms, Terms of Service, and policies, or if your account is suspended or violates any of our rules or policies.
Premium Business Portal
The Premium Business portal lets organizations add and remove affiliated accounts, for Full Access tier subscribers, and provides immediate verification status to anyone in their network who accepts their invitation to affiliate. This could be for new employees, a newly launched movie franchise, or recent team changes for professional sports groups.

Affiliations
The best marketing comes directly from real people on X. Now, you can affiliate your organization’s champions so that everyone knows where they work. Affiliates receive a small image of their organization's account profile picture next to their name every time they post, send a DM, or appear in search. Affiliation is not available in the Basic tier.
You can affiliate anyone who represents or is associated with your organization: leadership, journalists, sports teams and players, politicians, customer support, franchises, sub-brands, products and so on. An account you invite to affiliate must accept your invitation before they receive the affiliation badge.
Custom Organization Profile
Premium Business accounts receive a number of customizations to their profile. In addition to gold checkmarks, businesses also receive a square avatar, clearly distinguishing them from other organizations.
All Premium Business Full Access accounts also receive a new tab on their profile that lists all affiliated accounts. This appears next to the posts tab and displays any affiliated accounts.
With affiliation badges and the affiliation tab, this makes it easy for visitors to click on the badge of an affiliate, arrive at the organization’s profile, and see all the other affiliated accounts in one place. Affiliation is not available in the Basic tier.
Impersonation Defense
All Premium Business and affiliated accounts are defended against impersonation. Accounts are monitored for changes (including display names, profile photos, and usernames) and flagged for further review if impersonation is detected.
Priority Support
Premium Business accounts have access to a Priority Support team directly from their Premium Business portal. Full Access subscribers receive the fastest level of support and escalation.
Businesses experiencing issues, including with onboarding, removing or adding affiliates, billing, or issues with impersonation of your accounts, can contact Priority Support and we will ensure you timely support and escalations.
Premium Business Priority Support is reserved for the Premium Business itself and its affiliates only. Submitting requests on behalf of other accounts is considered misuse of the feature and may result in loss of access.
Elevated post, DM, and media upload limits
Premium Business accounts and their affiliates have significantly elevated post, DM, and media upload rate limits. Premium Business subscribers can use this to provide seamless customer support, live-post events, or run auto-response campaigns.
Hiring
Seamlessly integrate jobs from your careers site and make them discoverable to millions of relevant candidates. Premium Business can feature key job openings directly on their profile, driving organic traffic to job listings.
Additionally, Premium Business unlock advanced job advertising capabilities, allowing you to target relevant users directly in their timelines.
Radar (Beta)
We’re excited to introduce Radar. Monitor keywords, track conversations, and stay on top of trends you care about.
Radar is available to Premium Business accounts with a limited version available to Premium+ users. Full Access subscribers receive the highest number of queries available.
X Premium+
All accounts (the main account and its affiliates) subscribed to Premium Business will receive all the benefits of X Premium+. You’ll get access to features like SuperGrok, Radar, Edit post, Bookmark Folders, Longer posts, Prioritized rankings in replies, and Reduced ads.*

Advertising Credit (Limited time offer)
For a limited time, Premium Business Full Access subscribers receive a $1,000 ads credit to spend on advertising on X per month (for a limited time) or $12,000 per year if they subscribe annually. How to apply
Follow these steps to onboard to Premium Business:
- Visit x.com and navigate to the Premium Business sign up page
- Add your payment details
- Your account will be reviewed
- Initially you will be able to leverage all the benefits of X Premium+, but your business account will not receive a gold checkmark and you will not be able to add affiliated accounts until your account is approved
- Once reviewed and approved, your account will immediately be verified and you will be able to add accounts as affiliates

Criteria for eligibility
An organization must provide a matching active X account, current organization email address, and current website domain when they sign up.
An organization must have access to and manage the matching active account they wish to verify. They will be required to authenticate your account when they activate their new subscription.
An organization's profile must be complete with an accurate profile photo, bio, and display name.
Only organization accounts (such as businesses, non-profits and political parties) are allowed on Premium Business.
Personal or individual accounts are not allowed on Premium Business. Some exceptions can be made for certain businesses built around personal brands, which our team assesses on a case-by-case basis.
We support credit card payments only. Accounts which sign up for Premium Business but are not an organization account will not be refunded.
Availability
The Premium Business Portal is a web-only, enterprise feature, meaning management and billing via the portal are exclusively available on web.
Accounts who receive checkmarks, affiliation badges, and Premium+ can manage their settings on the web, and in the iOS and Android apps.

How to use Premium Business
The X Premium Business portal is designed to be as flexible and easy to use as possible. Once your organization is onboarded, Full Access tier subscribers will be able to add and remove affiliated accounts, and all Organizations, Full Access and Basic tiers, will be able to manage your advertising credit and billing in one place.
Any organization can sign up directly on x.com.
Once you complete your purchase your account will be reviewed per our criteria above and approved if it meets them.
You’ll be notified (via email) that your account is ready to activate.
Your account will be ready to use and you can begin adding affiliated accounts if subscribed to Full Access.

Premium Business lets any organization add accounts affiliated with their organization. You are responsible for any account you affiliate as per our Purchaser Terms of Service, Terms of Service, and other policies. To add affiliated accounts:
Click Add accounts.
A popup will appear where you can search for any account.
You can add as many affiliates as you want. These accounts must be related to your account and conform to our Purchaser Terms of Service.
To add an affiliate click the “Send Invite” button.
When you send an invite, the affiliated user will be notified (via email and push notification) that you have invited them to join.
They will be added to the “Pending” tab in the Portal.
- Once the user accepts, they will immediately get a checkmark and affiliate badge, and they will move from the “Pending” tab to the “Accounts” tab.
- You can change an affiliate's verification type by switching between individual (blue checkmark) and organization (gold checkmark) in the portal. Accounts for individuals must be labeled as individuals (blue checkmark), and organization accounts must be labeled as organizations (gold checkmark).
Note: Affiliation is not available in the Basic Tier.
You can remove affiliated accounts quickly and easily by clicking the “X” remove button in the row next to any affiliated account.
You’ll be prompted to confirm with “Are you sure you want to remove @handle?”
Clicking “Yes, do it” will immediately remove both verification and affiliation badges for the affiliated account.
- Note: The removed affiliated account will lose verification and affiliation but you will continue to be billed for the affiliated account until the end of the next billing cycle for that account.
Premium Business accounts receive an ads credit to spend on advertising on X every month for a limited time. If you’re a Full Access subscriber, the credit can be used on either your organization account or any of your affiliates. See our terms here.
In order to use your Premium Business ad credit, you must take the following steps:
Find your Ads Account ID associated with your X account. You can find this here.
Make sure you add a credit card as a payment type in the Ads Manager by selecting “Add new payment method.” If you don’t have a credit card set up your credit will not be applied and your ad will not run.
Copy your Ads Account ID into the text input within the Premium Business’s portal here. Click activate.
Launch your campaign.
If you are a new advertiser
Find your Ads Account ID associated with your X account. You can find this here.

If you have advertised before
If you have advertised with X in the past, you may have multiple Ads Account IDs.
You can find a list of all your Ads Account IDs here.
Make sure you choose the correct Ads Account ID to apply your credit.
Copy the Ads Account ID into the text input within the Premium Business’s portal here. Click activate.
You will see your credit applied under Billing in the Ads Manager.
If you would like to use your credit on an affiliated account
As a Premium Business Full Access subscriber you can apply your credit on any of your affiliated accounts.
To do this, you must have access to the Ads Account ID of the affiliated account you’d like to run a campaign on.
You can find this by logging into the affiliated account and navigating here.
Copy the Ads Account ID into the text input within the Premium Business’s portal here. Click activate.
You will see your credit applied under Billing in the Ads Manager.
Ads credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are subject to activation and usage timelines:
Activation and usage period:
Monthly subscriptions (Basic & Full Access): Credits must be activated, added to a valid X Ads account, and used within 30 days of issuance.
Yearly subscriptions (Basic & Full Access): Credits must be activated, added to a valid X Ads account, and used within 90 days of issuance.
Credits are contingent upon maintaining an active Premium Business subscription. If your subscription is canceled or terminated, any unused or active credits will be invalidated and cannot be redeemed. Similarly, if you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, any unused or active credits will be invalidated and cannot be redeemed. See our terms here.
- Navigate to the Hiring tab in your Portal.
- Add your jobs through a supported Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integration or manually using the 'Add job' button. If you would like to integrate using an XML feed, please contact our support team.
- Feature your top roles on your profile by clicking 'Start showing my jobs'. You can select which specific roles are featured by toggling on 'Featured' for individual jobs.
- To share your jobs, click the 3-dot menu next to the job and select 'Copy link to job' to share across your timeline, communities, and DMs.
- To promote your jobs, click the Promote button to launch a new advertising campaign.
To cancel your subscription, navigate to the Settings tab in your Portal.
Click the cancellation link.
Canceling Premium Business will result in your account immediately losing its gold checkmark. All affiliated accounts will be immediately removed from your account's profile and lose their gold or blue checkmarks and affiliate badges.
You will not be refunded for the remaining period left on your subscription before your next billing cycle. You will not be billed after that.
Navigate to the Billing tab in your Portal.
You’ll be taken to our payment provider’s, Stripe, customer billing portal.
Here, you’ll be able to manage your billing details.
If you are on the Basic tier, you can upgrade to Full Access in your Premium Business portal.
At this time, we do not support downgrading your subscription. If you would like to downgrade from Full Access to Basic, the following is the solution:
1. Follow the steps above to cancel your Full Access subscription.
2. Resubscribe to the Basic Tier.
If you are on the Basic tier, you can upgrade to Full Access in your Premium Business portal by following this link.
At this time, we do not support downgrading your subscription. If you would like to downgrade from Full Access to Basic, the following is the solution:
1. Follow the steps above to cancel your Full Access subscription.
2. Resubscribe to the Basic Tier by visiting this link.

We’re creating the most trusted place on the internet for organizations to verify their affiliations and reach their followers.
We now offer a Basic tier for Premium Business, in addition to our original Full Access tier. Basic subscription is $200 per month (plus any applicable tax and fees) or $2,000 per year (plus any applicable tax and fees). Full Access is $1,000 per month and $10,000 per year (plus any applicable tax and fees).
X Premium Business enables organizations of all types–such as businesses, non-profits, interest groups, political parties and hobbyists to sign up and manage their verification and to affiliate and verify any related account. Please see Purchaser Terms of Service for more info. Premium Business has two tiers, Full Access and Basic. Basic has a more limited feature set.
Any organization that purchases a subscription to Premium Business will receive a gold checkmark and square avatar. Learn more about profile labels on X and what they mean.
In addition, organizations subscribed to the Full Access tier can choose to affiliate any individual or entity associated with them. An affiliated account receives verification (denoted by either a Premium or gold checkmark) as well as an affiliate badge, a small image of their parent company's profile picture, displayed next to their checkmark. Clicking or pressing this badge takes a user directly to the affiliated organization, making it a great driver of followers from your whole network on X. Affiliations are not included in our Basic tier.
For example, a company can affiliate their leadership, brands, support handles, employees or teams. There is no limit to the number of affiliates an organization can have, or who they can affiliate (as long as they are related).
By subscribing, organizations can access our new tool to manage verification, meaning you have full control over your organization's presence on X. You’ll be able to add and remove affiliated accounts at any time. Affiliates must accept an invite in order to receive verification. Affiliations are not included in our Basic tier.
An X Premium Business Full Access monthly tier subscription is $1,000/month (plus any applicable tax and fees) and $50/month (plus any applicable tax and fees) for each additional affiliate in the U.S. Full Access annual tier subscription is $10,000/year (plus any applicable tax and fees) and $600/year (plus any applicable tax and fees) for each additional affiliate in the U.S The Premium Business Basic tier subscription is $200/month (plus any applicable tax and fees) or $2000/year (plus any applicable tax and fees).
