X Premium Business and X Premium Organizations Ads Credit Terms

Premium Business and Premium Organizations Full Access monthly subscribers receive $1000 in ads credits (the “Credits”) every 30 days for a limited period of time. Premium Business Basic monthly subscribers receive $200 in ads credit every 30 days for a limited period of time. Annual Premium Business and Premium Organizations Full Access subscribers receive one $12,000 credit per year and Premium Business Basic subscribers receive one $2500 credit per year, for a limited period of time. Premium Business and Premium Organizations accounts on custom or Enterprise plans may have custom ads credits terms.

These offers only apply to Premium Business and Premium Organizations accounts that have paid for their subscription via our payment processor, Stripe, on a designated tier that includes ads credits. X reserves the right to determine how many times it issues the Credits.   

The Credits may be used solely to purchase X Ads, and may not be used for any other purpose.

The Credits are not redeemable for any value and are not refundable.

The Credits may not be sold, licensed or otherwise transferred. 

The Credits may not be aggregated or combined with any other offer.

Ads credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are subject to activation and usage timelines:
 

Activation and usage period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Credits must be activated, added to a valid X Ads account, and used within 30 days of issuance.

  • Yearly subscriptions: Credits must be activated, added to a valid X Ads account, and used within 90 days of issuance.


Credits are contingent upon maintaining an active Premium Business or Premium Organizations subscription. If your subscription is canceled or terminated, any unused or active credits will be invalidated and cannot be redeemed. Similarly, if you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, any unused or active coupons will be invalidated and cannot be redeemed.

If User’s X Ads account currency differs from US Dollars, an equivalent value of the Credits will be applied in User’s account currency (the rate of exchange shall be determined in X’s sole and absolute discretion).

User’s X Ads account must have a valid credit card on file. User will not receive a notification once the Credits have been used. Any additional costs incurred through User’s X Ads account will be charged to the credit card or other payment method linked to User’s account.

The Credits apply to future X Ads purchases only and cannot be used to pay amounts already owed. 

Your advertising activity remains subject to X’s Ads policies and other applicable agreements, and violations, including but not limited to your payment for ads within the required timeframe, may result in your suspension or removal from the X Ads program and voids the Credits. You may be ineligible for this offer if your account has previously been determined to be in violation of X’s Ads policies. This offer is not available in any jurisdiction where it would be inconsistent with the laws of that jurisdiction. X reserves the right to modify or revoke this offer and/or change its terms at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to for violation of its rules, policies, misuse, legal, business, and financial reasons.
