What’s the difference between reporting an account and reporting a post or List?

Reporting a post or List allows you to indicate what specific post or List you think is in violation of the >x< Rules or Terms of Service. If the account is violating >x< policies without posting a post, List, or Direct Message (for example, mass following large numbers of accounts), then you should report the account as spam.
